This week we welcomed the 2nd group from our European agency 'Getaway Sea Angling'. The group consisted of a mix of returning anglers as they seek their prized Panamanian fish and new comers.

The week was very mixed with some big fish opportunities present, some landed but many big fish lost (ouch!) and sporadic action along the coast when the anglers found shoals of Roosters, Jacks and Sierra mackerel feeding on bait inshore.

Top big fish angler for the week had to be Peter landing a monster Cubera Snapper followed up by two smaller specimens also all taken on lure and Slow Jig. Yurt found himself a quality Rooster on popper and also to note Heiko landed a big Rock Snapper. Most of the Activity seemed to be focused around finding Sardine inshore with hungry Jacks, Rooster, Sierra etc in tow as the presence of the Sardine increased throughout the week which in the days to come after this group turned into full blown bedlam, Sardine Massacre!
