The Panafishing Adventure Fishing Lodge

Panafishing Adventure Lodge was thoughtfully designed as an intimate, purpose-built retreat for dedicated anglers. Set within the natural beauty of Pedas on Panama’s Tuna Coast, the lodge offers a private and authentic escape approximately five hours from Panama City. To ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure, all packages include private shuttle service between Panama City and the lodge, allowing you to focus entirely on the fishing ahead.

From day one, our vision has been to create the finest lodge of its kind in Panama and Central America. More than a resort, we’ve built a place where guests feel at home – immersed in tranquility, authenticity, and the true spirit of sportfishing. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, yet purpose-driven for anglers who appreciate both performance on the water and comfort ashore.

Thoughtfully designed in a rustic, country style, the lodge blends character and charm with modern comforts, including air conditioning, hot water, and Wi-Fi. Our kitchen is equally memorable, known for its simple yet delicious cuisine that perfectly complements long, rewarding days on the water.

Boats & Captains

We currently run 3 boats: 1 x 28ft Buttcat and 2 x Powercat Twin Vee 26′ center consoles.

All of them are fully equipped for fishing and powered by twin Suzuki 4-stroke engines. Each boat has VHF radio, GPS and sounder, all safety gear required, livewell, and tuna tubes. We use a local style panga as a shuttle/taxi boat working from the beach to the fishing boats, since there is no marina or docks in the area.

Our Captains

All our captains have years of experience working with us since 2006 and are experts in all modern fishing techniques on the Tuna Coast. If you have never tried speed jigging or popping, they will be able to teach you very quickly.

Our fishing lodge is the only one in Panama that caters exclusively to popping and jigging enthusiasts. It is also the first and only one based on the Tuna Coast, which is one of the best sport fishing destinations in Panama, and nowadays the only fishing grounds that do not suffer from over-fishing.
