This week we welcomed the return of Marc and Mattias from Switzerland seeking revenge on some Panamanian brutes and they did exactly that!
The Cubera bite is starting to kick off now here with opportunities being made on a more regular basis with these absolutely savage fish! A few made it in the boat for Mattias this week and another boatside I believe when it chucked the hooks. The star of the show was an absolute monster of a Cubera estimated over 80lb+! A true test of the anglers tackle, skill and strength it really is sensational when you manage the upper hand on these fish, which isn’t all too often!
Mattias also managed another Cubera in the boat, the roosters proved to test their patience this week but on the last day they worked out how they like it and managed to successfully get some to the boat with a few nice fish to note.
They had some mental action on the Jacks, White tuna and fortune Jacks throughout the week, even have 2 Jacks on the same popper multiple times, crazy fun!
The guys had a rest day and decided to convince Kieren to take them on a guided shore fishing session of which they successfully landed multiple Roosters on their first attempt from the shore, Jacks and smaller grouper species!
All in all some very happy clients!
