Our fishing lodge is the only one in Panama that caters exclusively to popping and jigging enthusiasts. It is also the first and only one based on the Tuna Coast, which is one of the best sport fishing destinations in Panama, and nowadays the only fishing grounds that do not suffer from over-fishing. Panafishing Adventures was created by Pascal Artieda, who spent one year searching for the best spot on the Pacific coast of Central America. The Tuna Coast and Pedasi were selected among many other places, for its amazing diversity of fish and untouched waters. It is the only place in Panama were the use of fishing nets is forbidden and that has no marina or all-weather anchorage so even today, it remains an unspoilt area. We cater to anglers who's kind of fishing is casting and jigging artificials using "light" tackle spinning gear. The absence of fishing pressure in our area allows for the best results and optimal conditions for the practice of these modern fishing techniques, making our fishing grounds the best destination for like-minded anglers. All Central America species are present, and after several seasons of operation, we can say that it is the world’s best area for record roosterfish and cubera snappers.
